Call for experts:
Many believe that the US federal government is using something new and unusual on protesters in Portland, Oregon. (Something that is not a typical riot control agent.)
Whatever it is, it’s putting folks in the hospital and seems to be causing permanent injuries.
Folks are making an open call to chemists that specialize in things like pollutants and tear gas, etc.
There also seems to be a need to inform protestors of the urgent nature of the situation and the importance of seeing a doctor and having some kind of evidentiary record of whatever has taken place.
Protestors: try to catalogue and document the chemicals the feds are using on you. Save the masks you were wearing on a specific day as evidence – perhaps writing the date on it and bagging it up, for when we know who to give it to in the days and weeks to come.
We believe the information folks can collect will be helpful for medical, legal, and activist purposes.
Since the Organization for the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons can not be called upon directly to investigate unless contacted by a State Party, a number of people collecting evidence and witnesses would like a State Party under Article X of the Chemical Weapons Convention to begin the process of an inquiry into the use of new unknown agents in Portland.

My wife is at the hospital tonight because of what we believe is the impacts of tear gas. Pray for her. And add a small prayer for me as I parent by myself. Kids in bed, here is to hoping they stay that way through the night.

It is pretty clear to me that they are using bleach!
One more piece of evidence!
