Theodore D’Apuzzo received a favorable opinion, denying the U.S. Government’s Motion to Dismiss in his case against PACER.
In a nutshell:
- The case can proceed.
- Stay on discovery is now lifted.
- Government must now answer the complaint by October 10, 2017.
